By using an XBlade product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Warranty. For any warranty issues, please contact our Customer Service team. All Warranty services must be authorized and performed by XBlade or a service provider expressly authorized by XBlade.
Warranty Period
XBlade warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with XBlade’s published guidelines for the period set forth below (“Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period begins on the date of delivery to the end-user purchaser. XBlade’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.
Limited Warranty Period:

Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Unauthorized Purchases: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors.
- Physical Damage: Products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, alteration, or accidental damage, including but not limited to contact with liquid.
- Improper Use: Products that have been used for purposes other than those for which they were designed or intended.
- Cosmetic Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Normal Aging and Wear: Defects caused by normal wear and tear, including but not limited to noise from moving parts.
- Failure to Follow Instructions: Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions, improper installation, or failure to perform routine maintenance.
- Consumable Parts: Items such as batteries that degrade over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any product that has been repaired or modified by someone not authorized by XBlade.
- Tampering: If any serial number has been removed or defaced from the product.
This Warranty does not apply to any non-XBlade branded products. XBlade does not warrant that the operation of its products will be uninterrupted or error-free.
For customers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by this Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. For a full understanding of your rights, you should consult the laws of your country, province, or state.
Warranty Claims
XBlade will replace any product that proves to be defective during the Warranty Period. To obtain warranty service, you must contact XBlade’s Customer Service team and follow the provided instructions for warranty claims.
Process for Warranty Claims:
- Proof of Purchase: Before receiving warranty service, XBlade may require that the purchaser furnish proof of purchase details.
- Evaluation: XBlade may require responses to troubleshooting questions to determine if the issue is due to a defect in materials and/or workmanship.
- Return Instructions: If deemed eligible, XBlade will provide return instructions. The product must be returned in its original packaging or packaging that provides an equal level of protection.
- Replacement: If the claim is approved, XBlade will replace the product with a new or refurbished product of the same model.
If XBlade determines that the problem with the product is not due to a defect in materials and/or workmanship or if the product is not properly returned, the purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred to return the product.
Limitation of Remedies
XBlade does not authorize anyone, including resellers or agents, to modify, extend, or add to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
To the extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty is exclusive and in place of all other warranties, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied. XBlade disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
XBlade does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability:
Except as provided in this Limited Warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, XBlade is not responsible for:
- Direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of use, revenue, profits, goodwill, reputation, or data.
- Any indirect loss or damage.
XBlade’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply.
