FAQ
Product features and usage
Muscle scraping, also known as Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), is a technique that uses a specialized tool to apply pressure and scrape along the skin's surface. This method helps:
- Break up scar tissue and adhesions.
- Improve blood flow and oxygenation to the muscles.
- Relieve muscle tension and stiffness.
- Enhance recovery and flexibility.
The XBlade is an innovative muscle recovery device designed to improve physical performance and recovery. It works by:
- Combining vibration, heat, a pressure point reliever, and scraping to target deep tissue and fascia.
- Enhancing circulation and reducing inflammation.
- Providing a customizable experience with adjustable intensity and heat levels, suitable for various recovery needs.
Absolutely! The XBlade is beginner-friendly with:
- Adjustable intensity levels for gradual progression.
- User-friendly controls and guidance for safe application.
- A compact design for easy handling.
Beginners should start with low intensity and shorter sessions, gradually increasing as they become more comfortable.
For recovery: Use the XBlade 1-2 times daily for 5-15 minutes per session on each target area.
For prevention or relaxation: Use 3-4 times a week as part of your wellness routine.
Avoid overuse on the same area to prevent overstimulation.
